Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products that are damaged, altered, or opened are not eligible for return.

2. Restocking Fee:

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned merchandise.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We will gladly send you a shipping return label and the cost will be applied against your final refund amount if needed.

4. How to Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nurse1nutrition@gmail.com or give us a call at (702) 413-3290 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.
• Clearly write the RMA number on the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Processing Time:

• Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and the cost of shipping.

6. Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Final Sale Items:

• Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include SUMMER CLEARANCE SALE items as well as any SALE items.
